How do I retrieve what was purchased on a Deal?

How do I retrieve what was purchased on a Deal?

I am trying to create workflows to take certain actions based on the products purchased when a payment is executed. I am unable to use the Payment/Line Item association to retrieve the SKUs purchased and copy them onto the Deal or any sort of similar activity. What are other associations or objects or fields I can leverage to see what was purchased?

I would recommend utilizing workflows in HubSpot to automate actions based on certain criteria, such as the products purchased. You can create workflows that trigger actions when specific products are included in a deal, allowing you to automate processes based on the products purchased.

Hey @MScroggin as Pam mentioned you can use workflows to copy a property value from one object to another.

You can copy the amount from a line-item property into a deal one, You could do something like this:

Hi Tom - sadly this approach doesn't work because it only pulls one line item, not all of the line items. 😕

Hey @MScroggin I'm not aware of any out of the box solution to pull all line items and add their data to a deal right now. HubSpot's automation is object based, meaning you're going from one object to another. You'd need some logic to define which and what line-items you want to capture data from and where you want to add their data to. The only way to achieve this would be through a custom integaration right now.
