Looking to Generate invoices in Paypal from Hubspot Quotes

Hello,

My company is incorporated in Israel, which is not supported by Hubspot Payments or by Stripe, so we send most of our payment requests on Paypal so that people can easily pay by credit card.

I'm struggling to find a seamless way to:

- Generate an invoice automatically in Paypal from a Quote in Hubspot.

My ideal workflow would be to find a way to send out payment links in a super easy way (right now everything is manual). I've read a few things about Zapier, Payfast, Xero etc etc but haven't anything concrete.

Does anybody currently work with the same system? And have any recommendations?

@danbanon - With custom-coded workflow actions in HubSpot's Operations Hub and PayPal's API you'll be able to build out automation in your HubSpot portal that creates a Paypal invoice when a HubSpot deal closes (or whatever your HubSpot trigger is to generate a Paypal invoice).

Use HubSpot's native Xero integration to sync quotes with Xero invoices automatically.
Once a quote is approved in HubSpot, it creates an invoice draft in Xero.
From Xero, you can connect your PayPal account and generate a payment link.
This lets clients pay via credit card through PayPal without extra steps.
Xero will track payment status and sync it back to HubSpot.
This eliminates manual entry and keeps both systems aligned.
You can also automate invoice creation using HubSpot workflows + Xero triggers.

Yeah, this is not the first time I've come across this problem. We have a HubSpot app called Portant can help automate the invoice/document side and make the hand-off to PayPal much easier.

Here’s a simple workflow you might want to try:

Use Portant to create a polished invoice (Google Doc or PDF) directly from your Quote data so you avoid copy/paste and manual errors. See the invoice guide: https://docs.portant.co/portant-docs/use-cases/invoices
Add a Portant action to a HubSpot workflow so invoices are created automatically when a quote is finalised: https://docs.portant.co/portant-docs/sources/hubspot/add-a-portant-action-to-a-hubspot-workflow
