&lt;P&gt;I’ve checked the &lt;A href="https://status.hubspot.com/" target="_blank"&gt;HubSpot Status page&lt;/A&gt;, and there aren’t any reported issues with the tools at the moment.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please try the following steps to see if the behavior persists?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- From the invoice record, copy a fresh public invoice link and paste it as plain text into a new email (avoiding any previous links or added tracking parameters). If sending via a marketing email, try turning off click tracking for that message.&lt;BR /&gt;- If you’re syncing with QuickBooks Online and the invoice was recently edited there, revert those edits in QuickBooks and instead make changes in HubSpot before resending.&lt;BR /&gt;- If your payment processor (like Stripe or HubSpot Payments) was disconnected and then reconnected, make sure to generate a new link, as old payment links won’t work after reconnection.&lt;BR /&gt;- Have your recipient open the new link in a private/incognito window. If they’re on a corporate network or VPN, trying a mobile hotspot may help rule out firewall issues.&lt;BR /&gt;- If possible, ask one recipient to confirm they can access the payment page using a new link in incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1022742"&gt;@LWelton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like HubSpot’s invoice payment pages are having an SSL issue (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) on hubspotpagebuilder. Payments and Stripe were working before, so this is likely on HubSpot’s side rather than something we changed.​&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For now, try opening the link in an incognito window or a different browser just to rule out a local issue, but most likely we’ll have to wait for HubSpot to fix the SSL on their payment pages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check this with internally&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230185"&gt;@BérangèreL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and keep us updated on this&lt;/P&gt;</description>
