    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to customise the email message that is sent to the customer when an invoice is generated and when they make a payment?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can see in my screen shots, there is really annoying bullet poiints being added for each line of the customers name and address in both emails (and a bullet point with no text on the invoice one where there isnt a company attached).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else also got this issue and is there a simple way to fix? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can add/edit custom fields in an invoice and context to the email body while sending the invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you confirm if these invoices are created manually, as I can check if the property/record isn’t present while creating the invoice, it won’t whole anything in the final invoice document&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But editing the whole template for the invoice and payment receipt is not possible at this point in time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To add custom fields in an invoice: Settings &amp;gt; Invoices (Object) &amp;gt; Customization &amp;gt; Set Default Custom Fields.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For email body addition: While sending the invoice, option to add an email body.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment receipt can be customized for logo and branding only: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/payments/manage-payments#customize-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/payments/manage-payments#customize-receipts&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
