Payment & Invoice Email Formatting

Is there any way to customise the email message that is sent to the customer when an invoice is generated and when they make a payment?

You can see in my screen shots, there is really annoying bullet poiints being added for each line of the customers name and address in both emails (and a bullet point with no text on the invoice one where there isnt a company attached).

Has anyone else also got this issue and is there a simple way to fix? Many thanks

Hi @TInstitute,

You can add/edit custom fields in an invoice and context to the email body while sending the invoice.

Can you confirm if these invoices are created manually, as I can check if the property/record isn’t present while creating the invoice, it won’t whole anything in the final invoice document

But editing the whole template for the invoice and payment receipt is not possible at this point in time.

To add custom fields in an invoice: Settings > Invoices (Object) > Customization > Set Default Custom Fields.

For email body addition: While sending the invoice, option to add an email body.
