    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127074"&gt;@Jaycee_Lewis&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;thanks for the mention.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/949054"&gt;@rcundycambridge&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even though you’re a &lt;STRONG&gt;super user in HubSpot&lt;/STRONG&gt;, Microsoft 365 treats email connection as an &lt;STRONG&gt;organization-wide app permission&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and your current Microsoft account doesn’t have the &lt;STRONG&gt;Global Admin role&lt;/STRONG&gt; required to authorize third-party apps like HubSpot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;“HubSpot, Inc. needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant.”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;means your &lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft tenant is set to require admin approval for app integrations&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a Microsoft 365 Global Admin sign in using the link &lt;EM&gt;"Have an admin account?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really struggling to use attach my email to be able to send emails to my clients.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everytime is try to add my email address it says I don't have the permissions.
