How to ungroup payouts?

I know we can look over all transactions through hubspot, but I've noticed that if we get multiple payments a day, we receive a grouped payout into our bank account. For example, if we get payments from Company A for $100, Company C for $50, & Company D for $75 on the same day - it comes into our bank account grouped together $225.

We'd like to receive the payouts ungrouped so that we can see each different transaction amount(s), so it's easier to track and cross reference transactions. Is there any way for us to change settings to do this?

Great question, thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!

When looking at this article "Manage payments", I can see that you have the possibility to download reports of your payments and payouts (I suspect that the report will be detailed with separate payments). I understand that it's not exactly what you were looking for but I hope it does help in some way.

Since there is no way, as far as I know, to do that at the moment, for new feature suggestions, I'd recommend first to search and check if this idea is already present on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.

If the idea doesn't exist already, please consider posting and creating a new Idea on our Ideas Forum here.

I think you will need to manage your payment reporting via reports instead of bank payouts. You could do your reporting by day, and then cross reference this with your bank deposits, when you don't have a matching amount, then you have issues.

If you don't want to have them grouped, then I'd consider looking at alternatives that do what you are doing.

I have had too many issues with the subscriptions object and I just use a
custom object. Hopefully the object will get some more love soon

I'd be willing to have a call about this, but overall the subscription object lacks a few things here.

I'm not able to use subscriptions in the page editor. I've built many partner portals, and I'm not able to use the object for dynamic pages. I have to use a workflow that enrolls all new subscription objects into a workflow, and then update a hubdb table so that I can create dynamic pages for the subscriptions. I'm not able to add the subscriptions object property chooser in the design manager, so when I'm trying to create dynamic tables that allow a user to add more properties to a subscription table, I have to manually type in the Internal ID.

With Companies, I'm able to create dynamic pages using just the CRM object.
With Companies, I'm able to allow a user to select company properties without having to know the internal name.

For reference, this is also the same with the lead object. Creating partner portals for enterprise customers and telling them "you'll have amazing flexibility in the future" is nice, but it is a half truth to some of the items that we are building.

Subscriptions is still a read only api. I have to create custom objects or use janky workflows to create subscriptions.

I also believe you can only have one association per object type for subscriptions as well. When I want to pay out a commission to a referral, I'd like to have the partner company and the subscribing company associated to the subscription so that I can manage this more efficiently, instead of using the deals with the two associations -- causing me to transfer data from the subscription to the deal, then working in that regard.

So I either work with a half implemented subscription object that causes me to create work arounds that complicate the flow of data and can have more potential breaking points, or I use a custom object.
