Not necessarily Commerce Hub connected, but the HubSpot AI tools are great for data governance, especially the new Ask Breeze beta functionality that allows you to map properties across data objects or use AI to generate responses to, let's say, customer support form submissions.

There's already the AI Customer Agent that I've played with and it's really good at providing information from a knowledge base or from website pages to website visitors that interact with it.

There are definitely other use cases out there, and I believe the HubSpot AI tools will greatly improve productivity for the teams working with the platform.

@DBrown772 another interesting discussion starter! Love the insight from @dsecareanu 😊

Here's what I'm starting to see with clients and other folks.

With the updates to lead scoring, in particular the predictive nature of it with HubSpot's AI, I'm excited to see how lean team use it to analyze all of the data (HbSpot boasts 'over 1,000 intent signals') to rank leads by conversion probability. I haven't seen hard numbers, but I'd imagine sales teams being able to close more deals by focusing on leads ready to convert based on real-time data.

I saw something on improving customer retention, too. Since the AI tools ar ebuilt to provide real-time insights into the sales pipeline and analyze patterns in customer behavior, I'm hearing about it helping teams identify clients at risk of churn and proactively engage them. I think that's really cool even as a consumer myself!

The one I'm not yet sold on is data analysis and report building. I know HubSpot's excited about their AI-powered reporting, meant to help us build reports and even dashboards to deliver real-time, AI-driven insights. But I'm not yet seeing the payoff. It's still a bit clunky, but I'm hoping the envisioned "enhanced visualizations, turning analytics into actionable strategies" will come to fruition as it all evolves so quickly. This could really help us all make data-driven decisions more quickly and effectively, especially Commerce Hub users.
