How Are You Leveraging the Newly Released Features in HubSpot Commerce Hub?

HubSpot's Commerce Hub introduced over 35 product updates in 2024, enhancing tools like invoices, payment links, and subscriptions. With its recent availability to all HubSpot customers, including free and international users, I'm curious how others are integrating these new features into their workflows. Have you noticed improvements in your billing processes or customer interactions? Any tips for maximizing the potential of these tools?

Hey there @DBrown772 and welcome to the Community! Personally I use commerce hub relatively low-key, but I do love some of the upgrades for clients I'm teaching. I'm also excited to see what happens as Commerce Hub continues to evolve. I think we can expect even more enhancements, including AI-assisted quoting and invoicing processes since HubSpot acquired Cacheflow 👀.

With some clients and things I've seen in social, I think a few ways coming to the forefront to use it include:

> Building workflows for billing emails and payment reminders - which is great for smaller businesses and lean teams!

> SInce it's all in the same portal, making sure to connect Commerce Hub data with marketing and sales efforts for a unified approach across teams. I love this for collaboration!

> And I love the move to use the Memberships app to simplify administrative tasks related to private content and group access. We're using this in our LMS!
