Hi @DSavage2,

Thank you for your patience while our team works with you. Working with technical support and your Customer Success Manager is the best way to approach email deliverability issues.

That being said, email deliverability is a complex topic and involves many different variables which we are not always able to control (such as the recipient’s email filtering systems). I wanted to share this resource with you regarding best practices for email deliverability.

Best,

Hi,

Sales can be made through Hubspot?

There is a Stripe integration available through the Quotes tool in HubSpot, there is also a Shopify integration so you can set up an eCommerce store and use all the payment options available in Shopify.

Hi @creativeaych,

Thanks for reaching out!

I wanted to provide you with some additional information on HubSpot's Payments Tool:

The payments tool currently supports credit cards, debit cards, and ACH debits (bank transfers).

You can decide which payment methods to accept from your customers - cards, ACH, or both.

The underlying infrastructure of the Payments Tool was built by Stripe. Stripe is responsible for the secure processing, transmission, and storage of sensitive payment information. HubSpot does not directly capture or store such information.

You can read more about the Payments Tool in this FAQs doc and this Getting Started Guide.

Best,

Kristen,

We use the Stripe integration and HubSpot's 3rd party payment processor sends clients a verification link which allows them to submit payment, even if they're returning customers. Unfortunately, many of them don't receive the link, prohibiting them from proceeding to checkout and frustrating them in the process. HubSpot Support says it shows the email delivered on their end, and refuses to waive the procedure, even with our authorization. It's costing our salepeople deals. Can you suggest any solutions worth exploring?

Thanks,

Dan
