[Invoices] HubSpot to Xero Sync

Hello

I am finding it hard to come aross information about how to sync or create invoices that are created in HubSpot to Xero.

I know that Hubspot does not have the option to do a 2 way sync between HubSpot & Xero for invoices. I also noticed that Zapier doesn't have any HubSpot Commerce Hub triggers such as Invoices, payments, subscriptions or quotes.

Is there some work around to have invoices created in HubSpot push through too Xero? Or any information that might help?

I’ve done some research, and unfortunately, I haven’t found a clear workaround for syncing invoices from HubSpot to Xero.

That being said, this question will remain open for the wider community. If anyone comes across a solution or a different option in the future, they can share it here, and we’ll update this thread with any helpful insights.

I built out a pretty robust zap sync'ing between HubSpot and Xero using Zapier. It's triggered off a paste into a Google Sheet. I think HubSpot has improved their Commerce API enpoints that we might be able to trigger off events directly from the HubSpot portal now.

I'm happy to share any particular information from the zap that seems of interest to you.

This solution is pretty custom to the company it was implemented for, so all the pathing should not be necessary in most situations.

Bumping another solution since this popped up in my search results.

Here's how we solve this with our app Invoice Stack - a Xero and QuickBooks integration.

Invoice Stack has a full 2-way sync with Xero - so you would create the invoice inside HubSpot using Invoice Stack and then all the data is synced right back into your deal as soon as Xero changes
