Set Maximum Redemptions & Expiration Dates for Discount Codes

We’re excited to announce a new feature that gives you more control over your discount codes for payment links! You can now set the maximum number of redemptions and expiration dates for your discount codes directly in HubSpot.

Why this matters: This update allows you to manage your promotions with ease by automatically limiting how many times a discount code can be used and ensuring it expires when you choose. No more manual deactivation, over-discounting, or administrative headaches.

How it works:

Go to your HubSpot account and click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
In the left sidebar, navigate to Objects > Products.
Click on the Discount Codes tab.
Click Create Discount Code.
In the right sidebar, expand the Options section at the bottom.
Set the Maximum Discount Usage (the number of times the code can be redeemed) and/or choose a Code Expiration Date.
Click Save.
