I’ve been using HubSpot regularly for my daily tasks, but I feel like I’m not taking full advantage of some of the features.

Are there any simple workflow improvements, shortcuts, or small habits you’ve added that made your daily use of HubSpot smoother or more efficient?

Hi nickJohnson37, here are some practical tips that have helped me work faster in HubSpot. First, use keyboard shortcuts like G then C to go to contacts, G then D for deals, and G then T for tasks. Second, set up saved views and filters for the contacts or deals you check most often and pin these to your sidebar. Third, use snippets for repetitive text by saving common responses in your settings. Fourth, create task queues to group similar tasks together and work through them in sequence mode. Fifth, set up simple workflows for repetitive actions like auto-assigning leads or sending follow-up reminders. Sixth, use the HubSpot mobile app for quick updates when away from your desk. Adding a bit of clarification to @MuhammadAmjad’s helpful suggestions: tactics like saved views, pinned filters, snippets, task queues, simple workflows, and the mobile app can definitely improve efficiency, but HubSpot doesn’t currently offer native keyboard shortcuts for navigation (for example, “G then C / G then D / G then T”–style shortcuts).

At the moment, that type of keyboard navigation is only possible through third-party browser tools or extensions, not through built-in HubSpot functionality. If native shortcuts are something you’d like to see added, the best next step is to upvote and add context to the existing Ideas threads requesting keyboard shortcut support so the product team can track demand.
