What is the best way to contact HubSpot Customer Service for support in HubSpot?

I'm not impressed with the standard of customer service at all. How do I contact the support desk? I have tried the help pages but they send me around in loops! Then I tried to call and no one responded. Please help!

To contact the support desk, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the bottom right of most pages in your HubSpot account.

2. Click on Help.

3. In the right panel, click on Contact Support.

4. Choose the support channel that you prefer, such as web chat.

I've also created a quick video with step-by-step instructions 🙂.

*Please note that the support phone line will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th, from 7 am to 8 pm EST, due to a US holiday. But you can still reach us by clicking the "Help" button in your account.

Was there an update to the "help" button that used to be in the bottom right corner of most pages on HubSpot? It seemed to disappeared for me.

I thought mine was an isolated case, Help button dissappeared and nowhere to be found.

Done troubloeshooting my browser and it seems to be with HubSpot.

There is no "Help" options in the bottom right corner of my screen. This isn't the first time I've had issues loading content after accessing my account.

To everyone, especially DianaGomez.

These instructions are obsolete, right?

What's the easiest way to get to live chat support and live phone support (for urgent issues), and even email support (for non-urgent issues)?

The one thing I liked about HubSpot was pretty good and responsive support, especially for the cost. HS is sooo huge and complex and cumbersome, having good and responsive support is a necessity. But if HS is trying or testing 'hiding' support, that **bleep**. Don't do that.

What's the best current process for getting good and responsive support now?

I had the same question and I was able to finally figure out how to access the chat. This is what they shared with me: You can access Support by logging into your account, via a “?” icon in the upper right of your navigation. You will find the option to open a support ticket or chat with technical support - VISUAL GUIDE.

Free Tools Users & View-only Seats: Your primary support channel is the HubSpot Community.
Starter Accounts: You can reach support via the Community, email, and chat.
Professional & Enterprise Accounts: These tiers get the most comprehensive support, with access to the Community, email, chat, and phone support.

To access these direct support options, you'll generally need to log into your HubSpot account. From there, you can request a call, initiate a chat, or send an email. If you prefer to call directly, their number is 1-888-HUBSPOT x3 (1-888-482-7768 x3).

Frustrated that I've spent my time here trying to figure it out how to make things functional. Hubspot Id wont work feeling that its usless to try to call customer support.

better look for another provider

If you're posting from the account associated with your community profile, I can confirm you're on a Free plan. Phone support is reserved for Professional and Enterprise customers, as mentioned in the accepted reply above, so it isn't available on Free portals.
