No update on CMS for Developers II certification

I have submitted "HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices" practicum on 19th January 2026. I'm yet to receive my certificate. Please help me as my organization is asking to submit the certificate as soon as possible.

To access and download your certificate, please navigate to the "My Profile" tab on the academy homepage. Once there, you should see an option to download your certificate directly.
