I received an email today saying if I don't log in by 1/29 that my certifications will be lost. When I log in, it says I don't have a portal and need to make a new account. I am doing this within an hour of receiving the email. I have until the 29th per the email but everything seems to be gone already. Chat told me I lost my free tier CRM on 1/21, which is fine, but can I keep my account with my certifications? How can I make sure this happens?

Moderator note: I have moved your post for visibility. For reference, here is the thread where you posted: "Certifications not showing in account".
