To your inquiry, the only asset in this course that is not completed is the final exam. With that said, I have attempted to take this exam in my own personal account, and I am able to complete the exam as-expected. This confirms that there is no issue with the course itself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please try accessing this course in an incognito window, as well as another browser (if you have access to another browser)? I'm also wondering if you have any extensions currently enabled in your Chrome browser. This will sometimes cause loading issues.       <title>Issue Completing Inbound Marketing Certification Exam</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I have just completed all the lessons for the Inbound Marketing certification on HubSpot Academy, but I have not been able to take the 60‑question exam due to what appears to be a technical issue with the platform.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Each time I answer a question, the interface freezes, displays an error, and does not load the next question. In some attempts, the page stops responding entirely and even causes the Chrome browser to crash. I have already restarted my computer several times and updated Google Chrome to the latest version, but the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Could you please help me verify if there is an issue with the exam platform or guide me on how to proceed so I can complete the certification exam?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you very much in advance for your time and support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
