    <description>I could connect to Google inbox. What happened is that the first time I&lt;BR /&gt;tried I didn't give the full access, just limited. Later on I tried giving&lt;BR /&gt;the full access or rights and it worked. I think it should be another way&lt;BR /&gt;to do this test without having to provide full permissions. I still have&lt;BR /&gt;the problem with the phone call. May be that I am not in US or any country&lt;BR /&gt;that supports calling via browser or else. I will try your suggestion about&lt;BR /&gt;contacting the academy.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am pursuing the course named HubSpot Sales Hub Software, in the third module there are two exercises that I can't do:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make a phone call to a contact: Here I can't get a HubSpot phone number, there is always an warning message saying that I can't be generated, hence, I cannot make a phone call.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Send an email to a contact: Similarly to exercise one, I can't get to connect my email to the demo enviroment of the course.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is stated that I MUST pass these exercises, but it seems that in those exercises the line between a CRM demo environment and a real HubSpot CRM are blured. I don't understand how I am pushed to configure these things like I have ust bought the CRM and am configuring the HubSpot for first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P data-start="99" data-end="287"&gt;Hey, I totally get where you're coming from. Those exercises can be a bit confusing, especially in a demo or training environment where not everything functions like a full HubSpot portal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="289" data-end="512"&gt;For the phone call exercise, HubSpot doesn’t always allow phone number generation in demo accounts or in certain regions, which makes completing that step tricky. It's not just you — a lot of users run into this limitation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="289" data-end="512"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="514" data-end="722"&gt;Same goes for the email connection. In most demo environments, you can't connect a real inbox, so the system blocks that part of the task. Unfortunately, the course doesn’t always make that distinction clear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="724" data-end="979"&gt;What you can try is marking the exercises as completed manually (if possible) or reaching out to HubSpot Academy support to let them know you're unable to complete them due to demo restrictions. They’ve seen this before and can often unlock your progress.&lt;/P&gt;
