I’ve passed your insights along to our team.

Could you let me know which filters you’re looking to create?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently taking a course on HubSpot Academy, and I’m having trouble completing Exercise 1.

The issue is that the video lesson about creating filters seems to be outdated. The interface shown in the video is different from the current HubSpot platform, so I’m unable to follow the same steps and complete the exercise as instructed.

Could someone please help me understand how to complete this exercise using the updated interface?
Or let me know if there is any updated material or guidance available?

Thank you very much for your support!

Hey @Marceloajp, thank you so much for sharing those extra details!

I found a similar post that I think you’ll find helpful. In it, @karstenkoehler provides a great solution for filtering your contact base by email type, like Gmail, Hotmail, or company email.

Here’s the post: "Filter contact base by email type ie gmail, hotmail Vs Company email".

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else.
Bérangère
