Havn't received my certificate

Now to be honest im not even sure if it was a course I would get a certificate from but my Teacher said it is so f it. i completed the course AI for marketers about 30 minutes ago and my deadline is today at 23.59. And I need the certificate before then. https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/AI-for-Marketers

Any idea on what could have happened?

Just to clarify, “AI for Marketers” isn’t a certificate course as it doesn’t include an exam.
