    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an inbound marketing certificate on one account (&lt;A href="mailto:ginakiely@hotmail.com" target="_blank"&gt;ginakiely@hotmail.com&lt;/A&gt;) and I need to transfer it to a new account (&lt;A href="mailto:gina.kiely@saltedstone.com" target="_blank"&gt;gina.kiely@saltedstone.com&lt;/A&gt;). I am getting the below error message. &lt;P&gt;I was able to successfully transfer the certificates to your account. You should see them appear within approximately 15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please note that this transfer process only applies to active certificates, meaning that any certificates that are inactive or expired will not be included in this transfer. If you have any questions about the status of your certificates or if you believe there are certificates missing, please feel free to reach out for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;
