Request to correct name on HubSpot Sales Hub Software certificate

I recently completed the HubSpot Sales Hub Software certification.
My certificate currently shows the name “terry swans”, which is my nickname / account display name.

I need the certificate to reflect my full legal name:
Terence Swanepoel

Could you please update my certification record and re-issue the certificate with this correct name, or advise me on the correct process to do so?

To update the name on your HubSpot certification, please follow these steps:

In your HubSpot account, click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences. This opens your account settings.
Update your First name and Last name fields to your correct name, then click Save.
Next, go to your HubSpot Academy dashboard and click the My learning tab at the top.
In the left sidebar, select Completed to see your finished courses.
Click View certification to open your certificate—your new name should now appear. If it doesn't update immediately, wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.

This will ensure your certificate displays the correct name. Let me know if you need additional assistance!
