Flawed requirement for certification completion, again!

Browsing online, there was no direct answer to this as HubSpot seems to be unable to update requirements/features as they move them...

I'm on the final, 15th/15 marketing certification; "HubSpot Content Hub for Marketers." After roadblocks on every exercise requirement in this course, I only require the "Add Smart Text to a Page" step now.

I have already started a free trial for "Marketing Hub Professional," which was the alleged solution for the "+Add" button to appear as a Smart Rule. Here is the result when clicked on a Rich Text:

Other modules, when clicked, does not have the "+Add" rule either.

Now, please, in writing (if you cannot provide a video guide), please type out the step by step instructions to access and complete this exercise. Thank you.

UPDATE:

The exercise requires the HubSpot Content Hub Professional or Content Hub Enterprise subscription. I had to activate the free trial to complete this certification. Very annoying. Will the renewal of this certification require this trial to be reactivated through customer support?

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I'm happy to help out with this. To renew the certification, as long as the course is not created new, you would only need to retake the exam, not redo the practical exercises.
