      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unable to download my SEO Certification.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried on multiple browsers. On Firefox, nothing shows up at all, and the download button is unclickable (see screenshot below). This does not solve the issue, and non-paying users have no other recourse than the community hub to solve the issue since email/other support are all only avaliable to paid-users. Any updated information would be appreciated to solve this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is a frustrating experience, especially since I need to submit the certification for a class.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Thanks for your efforts, and hope we can get a fix relatively soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;H3&gt;How to Download My HubSpot SEO Certification When the Site Shows an Error?&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently completed the &lt;STRONG&gt;HubSpot SEO Certification Exam&lt;/STRONG&gt; and scored &lt;STRONG&gt;50/60&lt;/STRONG&gt;, successfully passing the exam. However, when I attempted to download my certification, I encountered an issue—there seems to be an error preventing the certificate from being displayed or downloaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried refreshing the page and checking from a different browser, but the problem persists.
