topic Certification not appearing in HubSpot Academy Support

Certification not appearing

Hi,

I finished my HubSpot Inbound certification today and at the stage where it says, "Hang tight, preparing your certificate," I got kicked out with an error message. Now, the certificate is not appearing on my profile and I can't access it anywhere.

Can someone please help me fix this?

I recommend logging into the Academy through a private window or a different browser. Let me know if that does not resolve the issue!

Hi - I tried both and it's still saying "Exam passed but award not generated" - please contact support.

I recommend reviewing that content in the course and be sure to click through all pages and watch each video to register as complete!

That worked - something is glitching in the system, as i had already viewed all that content and taken the quizzes. I imagine the others who posted about this are having the same issue. Thanks!

My certification from Digital Marketing course is not loaded. It keeps on saying," Hang on tight, your certificate is loading."

How is it to be fixed? In need of assistance please. @kennedyp
