    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi HubSpot Academy Support Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I recently completed the Inbound Certification exam and scored &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;53 out of 60&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, which should qualify me for certification. However, I haven’t received the certification yet and I believe there may have been a technical issue during or after the exam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve checked my email and HubSpot Academy dashboard, but there’s no sign of the certificate.
