Retrieving/transferring a certificate

Hi,

My account was linked to my college's email. I don't use it often so I was not aware of the account deactivation. I got a certificate Feb 2024 and it expires next year and now I can't access it anymore. (Credential ID:

If you could help me retrieve it that would be great as I need to provide proof of completion for my dream job.
