Can't View or Download My HubSpot Academy Certificate

Hi,

I just completed the AI for Marketers course on HubSpot Academy, but I can’t seem to view or download my certificate. My course progress shows as completed, but there’s no option to access the certificate.

I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing my cache, and checking my account settings, but nothing seems to work. Could someone help me resolve this?
