    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just completed the &lt;STRONG&gt;AI for Marketers&lt;/STRONG&gt; course on HubSpot Academy, but I can’t seem to view or download my certificate. My course progress shows as completed, but there’s no option to access the certificate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing my cache, and checking my account settings, but nothing seems to work. Could someone help me resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
