&lt;P&gt;If you're on a free account, there's unfortunately nothing you can do.&amp;nbsp;Appeals are only possible on a paid subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When i created my account it was mostly for certificates so main CRM and other stuff it kept asking for information to setup my account but i always used to skip it because my main intention at first was to learn skills but when im done with my marketing certifications i decided to check out some tools but then i found out my tools were suspended due to some reason so now i can not access all the perks of free tools related to email marketing and other tools&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So what should i do now, create new separate account for tools and keep this one for my certifications? or will it affect my certifications somehow in the future?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The best thing to do if you're serious about leveraging HubSpot for your business would be to sign up for the Starter Package (instead of $15/mo/user for each hub, you get all hubs for the price of one) - check the pricing page for regional pricing and offers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have a paid account, you can verify your account and dispute the suspension through an appeal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do decide to open a new account, there is an option to transfer your certifications from one account to another within HubSpot Academy, from the My Team view.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think i might aswell create a new account and get my certificates transferred there. Thanks for your time and can you also provide me the link on how to transfer certificates within hubspot&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is there a specific tool you're trying to use that you can't?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
