I was writing my examination certificate, suddenly the page is showing there was problem loading the page, can Yiu help me with that?

Please kindly help me out with this also:

I wanted to add my certificate of email marketing on Upwork but I am unable to do that. Even on certificate sharing page on HubSpot there is no Upwork there.
