Renewing SEO Certification

Good afternoon. I am seeking to renew my certification for the SEO course. I took the exam on Saturday and instead of showing new dates, it shows the old dates and my certification is set to expire on Wednesday (8/28/24). I have watched all the videos and done all the exercises. Why is my certificate not showing the new dates?

I originally got the certificate in July 2022 and renewed it in July 2023.

I just took the exam again and I still got the current dates for my certification which expires tomorrow.
