Can we get Marketing or Sales Hub Certification with Starter Customer Platform

Hello,

On the Marketing and Sales Hub course descriptions it is mentioned "certification requires the completion of additional practical exercises, which are available with a Pro or Enterprise HubSpot subscription". I wanted to know whether these certifications are available with Starter Customer Platform version as well? The pricing difference between Starter Customer Platform and Pro version is very large and unless we get certified first, how can we market ourselves without certification and earn the trust of customers, to be able to grow enough to afford a Pro version?
