In my experience, the award generates within 1-2 days. If it does not generate, feel free to create a ticket so HubSpot support can assist.

Hi @APernell , I'm having the same issue. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this issue. I'm taking HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practice course. It has been two weeks and I've recieved an email saying that i passed the practicum test and I've completed my exam but my view is still the same saying is being graded and no certificate generated.
