Hi @MSOLANKI4 not every course is a certification course, can you share the exact name (or link) of the business analytics course you completed? I'm happy to confirm if that's the case.

Hi @MSOLANKI4 the link provided is to the my learning page within HubSpot Academy, it doesn't go to a specific course - can you share a screenshot of the specific course if you can't grab the URL?

I'm sorry @MSOLANKI4 but there aren't any screenshots visible in the community. I believe there is sometimes an issue with images added to replies when sent via email vs adding directly to the community. Without knowing the exact course, I can't confirm if it is infact a certification course.
