Hi there,

I just passed my exam for HubSpot Marketing Hub Software and I have got an error:

Exam passed but award not generated

You passed the HubSpot Marketing Hub Software exam. But we can't generate your award. Please contact support.

Your score was 51/60

Please can someone look into this - I do not have support access as I am on the free version which is why I am posting it here.

Hello there - I'm getting the same issue. Some exercises appear to require a paid account. Can you clarify if that's the case? Thank you!
