    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping to get some help with a strange issue I'm facing while trying to take the Email Marketing Certification Exam on HubSpot Academy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've completed the course content and feel prepared to take the exam. However, whenever I click the "Take Exam" button, the following happens:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The exam starts automatically.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I don't get any time to answer the questions.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The exam immediately ends and logs me out.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I receive a score of 0/60 with the message "So close.&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You didn't make the grade this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Your score was 0/60. The required score to pass is 45/60.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Retake the exam&lt;BR /&gt;You must wait&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;12 hours&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;between attempts.&lt;/DIV&gt;" Meanwhile I didn't have the opportunity to take the exam.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've cleared my browser cache and cookies, including those for HubSpot Academy.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has anyone else encountered this problem?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm eager to take the exam and earn my certification. You can also attempt it in an incognito browser as well. If these things still don't work, please open a Support ticket so our team can collect a &lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Troubleshooting-Toolkit-Collecting-a-HAR-file-and-Trace/m-p/20103" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HAR file from you&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
