Create Team Button is locked

I am trying to complete the requirement for the

Managing your HubSpot Account as an Admin practical exercise of "Create a Team" but the Create Team Button is Locked and I can not create a team.

Hi @SShepherd7

HubSpot Teams are are Professional or Enterprise feature.

If you have a Free or Starter tier you won't have access.

Mike is correct, however, you can have a free trial of Sales Professional (or another one) to accomplish this and move on with your certification. If you'd like this, let me know and I will sign your portal up (please message me with your portal ID). The trial is free and you will not be charged when it ends- it just simply ends. That way, you can complete your course!
