Marketing & Sales Software Course Issues -- Why Am I Not Passing the Practicals?

Howdy

I'm having serious issues completing both the HubSpot Marketing and the Hubspot Sales course certifications.

For some reason, I keep on 'not passing' the practical exercises, despite how simple they are. As there is no feedback, I have no idea why I am not passing. Could this be in error? I mean, I have definitely shown that I can create a CTA button 👨‍🎓

I've gone through my answers with colleagues who have completed the course -- and they are as flummoxed as I am.

For the Marketing Software course, I am unable to pass the following practical exercises:

Manually Create a Contact in HubSpot
Create an Active List in HubSpot
Outline Your Next Campaign
Create a Call-to-Action
Create a Regular Form
Create a Workflow in HubSpot
Create an Email in HubSpot

For the Sales Software course, I can't get past these exercises:

Filter your contacts
Create a deal

I'm super hesitant to redo these practical exercises as they are a time sink.

Please advise about what I can do.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! Typically when we see users who are not passing practicals it can sometimes be because you may either need to clear your cache and cookies or test this out in a different browser as well.

Can you please test this out for the Sales Software course for one of the practicals and let me know if it is showing a 'Pass' grade for you?

Here's what I've tried so far:

1. Create a CTA on Chrome

2. Create a CTA on Chrome after a hard reset and flush cache

3. Create a CTA on Bing

4. Create a CTA on an incognito Chrome window. I have just finished this one a few minutes ago, so, let's wait for another 24 hours to get a negative... and I've been creating CTAs in Hubspot for years. That's the only thing I'm missing in my course. @JenWeiss what am I doing wrong?
