can't take the SEO course test

I passed the SEO course previously and now I want to take its quiz but at first, when I want to start I give this error

"So close.

You didn't make the grade this time.

Your score was 0/60. The required score to pass is 45/60.

Retake the exam
You must wait 12 hours between attempts."

I try it two times and give the same error, could you please help me with how can I take SEO course exam?

I have the same problem. None if your tips work. Any suggestions?
