SEO Certificate Date Not Updated

Hi, I just completed my SEO Certificate exam (and passed it), as the one from last year was about to expire in a couple of days. I now want to copy the share link to LinkedIn and my website, but it still shows the old expiry date when opened. I retook the exam today after receiving an email reminder to do so, but apparently, the date has not been updated to Feb 2024. How can I make sure this is sorted?

I'm having the same issue, and tried emailing HubSpot but got an unmonitored auto-response. Can you help me?
