Been almost a week and my practical exercise hasn't been graded.

I have been waiting for my "buyer persona" to be graded since Thursday last week. All the other practical exercises were graded within hours. But this one isn't. I need this certification for a class and will receive a late grade because it is taking so long. How do I get it graded?

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I'm happy to help out with this. It usually takes 5-7 business days to be graded but it looks like the practical exercise was graded 5 hours ago and you should have your certification now.
