Permissions needed for the Marketing Software Certification Course

Hi,

I've nearly finished the Marketing Software Certification Course but cannot complete the Customer Persona exercise as I don't have permissions for that. For my collegue it's the workflow exercise too. We have reached out to our Superadmin but they will not grant us the access. Is there another way to complete the exercises?

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I'm happy to help out with this. If you are not able to get the permission, I would recommend creating a free account with the same email and getting a free trial. This way you can complete the exercises as the certificates are tied to an email.
