Transferring Certificates After Job Loss

I recently lost my job where I had earned multiple HubSpot academy certificates over the years. Unfortunately, my former employer has removed me from their HubSpot account before I was able to transfer my certificates to my new email and a rep at HubSpot support asked me to post this to get the issue resolved. Help!
