certificate and unsaved work

I have completed my required modules for a class 3 times now and everytime it says I havent completed something. I also need to submit a certificate to my class by tonight but nothing will pop up. I wasnt able to finish the exam and now it wont let me take the exam again for another 12 hours. Im not sure what to do since i have finished my modules multimple times and the certification is due tonight.
