Name on certificate doesn't change after changing it on account

Hello,

I recently completed the inbound marketing certification and it has been a very informative and enjoyable course.

Unfortunately when signing in, only my last name was filled in due to auto filling. I only realised it when I got the certificate.

I have changed the name on my account but the changes don't reflect on the certificate.

Please let me know what my further course of action should be.

Also, if this is not too much to ask, what further steps do you recommend for me as a beginner to pursue this field and possibly get a job.

Hello! Thank you for the quick response. I will surely look into the other courses, in a sometime. Currently, I am allowed financial aid for the Google data analyst certification, and I was planning of getting done with that.

Unfortunately, it seems that the changes have yet not taken place. I will try to attach a Screenshot of what I see on my screen.

Please do look into it. Also, it's okay if this is not something that can be changed - but I would really appreciate for this to have my name instead of the "n/a". It sounds almost comical - an error made by a computer. But the actual issue is from my side. I mistakenly entered the details using autofill - and name that is there, is presented in the same way.

before two hours I just completed my certification on Digital marketing by while login I didn't mention my full name so in certification same name appeared even after editing from profile I can't change pls do help me actual name on certification should be Indumathi AR

I'm glad you could relate to that - this course has been very helpful for me, but presently, I'm a bit short on the money end.

A couple weeks ago, I was in Ukraine. I've lived there for the last four years. Every thing that has happened in the last month and a half is just devastating. I'm safe and in a good place now, but it still seems hard to find ways to support myself financially.

I'm actually a medical student, and as you can understand, it takes a lot of time before getting your licensure, and I was hoping that by dabbling around with things I like love, like this course and data science, I could give myself a new start.

Unfortunately, no the changes have still not appeared. I will again attach a screenshot of the page.

Can you confirm that you made the change to your name in the profile and preferences -- https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/how-do-i-change-a-user-s-name as well. If you have then it should be updated as well!

Dear @APernell ,

I have the exact same issue.

I finished Inbound course yesterday and checked the certificate and it was only my initials PB. After that I went to my profile to change and update my name and surname to correct one, saved it and waited for some time to see if the change will be applied to certificate but nothing.

This morning I retook the exam with hope that maybe on new certificate will be everything correct but again nothing.

Can you please check that and update it manually?

I confirm that I did all the necessary steps that you advised in the topic above.

Two hours ago, I have completed my certification on email marketing while login It Automatically pick the name from my email id, I want only my first name and last name in the certificate. my full name along with three more words are shown on the certificate. The same name appeared even after editing the profile I can't change it even after changing the name in the Account and preference. Please help to resolve this issue.

I just updated it, you will just need to access it again since the original one you have won't be with your name.

Hello, Ive just changed my legal name recently so I went and changed the account name to my new name and it never actually updated it on the certification(Inbound Sales Cert) itself. I've refreshed and logged out and it doesnt seem to update. One of the Support agents reffered me to post in this thread. I presume @APernell will be on this!
