Name change on certificate

Hello,

I just completed a Social Media Marketing course but the name appears to be wrong. I changed my name on the profile but there's no effect.

How can it be corrected?

Can you also help me regenerate my certification in Social Media Marketing? I have change the name in my account but certificate still has the old name.

The certificate still shows the previous name on it.
