Problem with certificate

My certificate was generated without my last name. Could someone help me with it please? All my profile info is updated with a full name. I asked for help 2 weeks ago, but nobody responded. Where should i ask for help?? Thank you!

Can you please confirm that you followed the steps indicated on this article "Academy certifications | Frequently Asked Questions"?

If after doing so and checking in an incognito window you see the same name, can you please share the name of the certificate, as well as the name that you expect to see so that we can look into it, please?
