Certificate doesn't show my last name

Hello! I'm having trouble with my certificate. It doesn't show my last name. I updated my profile according to the instructions provided on the troubleshooting topic, but it didn't help., I also cleaned the cache and cookies. I also asked for help one week ago, but nobody responded to me.

Please, help! Thank you!

Thank you so much for reaching out. Are you taking about your Inbound Marketing certificate, if so I just regengrated the certificate and you should be able to download the new version. If it is a different certificate please let me know.

Could you help me with the same problem. I just finished the Inbound Marketing certificate and it place my surname as N/A.

Hi! Yes, it is Inbound Marketing. It still doesnt show my last name 😞
