No option of "Add to Upwork" in the new Inbound Certification

Hi,

I have completed the new inbound certification. I want to add it to my Upwork profile but there is no option of "Add to Upwork". It was available in the old course but now there is updated course and we can't do the old course again.

Can you please help me with this?

Upwork still requires that to add the certificate in the profile.

Upwork has only 4 recognised certifications for Hubspot:

- Hubspot Inbound Certification (the old one)

- Hubspot Marketing Soft Certification

- Hubspot Design Certification

- Hubspot Contextual Marketing Certification.

The rest don't appear on the certification tab/dropdown in Upwork, even if you have them, that's why you don't have the "add to Upwork" button when you get the rest of the certifications.

However, we can not complete the old Inbound Certification as it is disabled by Hubspot so; it means there is no way to add the new certificate unless Hubspot or Upwork make any changes.

Upwork used to have the option to manually add a certification that didn't exist in their picklist, so you were able add the embed code, but for some reason they removed it later on.

I'm actually having the same issue... I talked to an Upwork rep. and as they

"I just received a confirmation from our specialist and as per Hubspot update, the bug on their end has been fixed. Please reach out to Hubspot support directly so you can check with them why button to add this on your Upwork is not available on your end or if it has been updated on their end how they can send a confirmation to Upwork for your certification. Unless the Hubspot Certificate you are trying to add is not supported by Upwork."

I have received the same response from Upwork. They told me that it's a bug from Hubspot side, and it has been fixed, but it's not. They also asked me to contact Hubspot for this bug.

On this post I hae linked an idea where you can vote for certifications you'd like to see supported for Upwork. Please post all feedback on this idea: Support Upwork for all Academy certifications

Hi there. I just completed the NEW Inbound Marketing Certification, and there is no Add to Upwork option.

Per this article written by HubSpot in October 2020 (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/resources/add-your-hubspot-certification-to-upwork), this certification should be able to be added.

Please advise.
