Cannot display my hubspot certification in LinkedIn profile

Hello HubSpot,

I have recently completed my content marketing certification course from HubSpot Academy. But i am not able to add the certificate URL on my LinkedIn profile as the certificate is not opeing in a new window. I have seen some help videos and have also gone through support articles provided by you but could not find a solution to my problem. Please look into this and help me

Hi @8494073,

Thanks for reaching out! Due to some new GDPR privacy settings set in the academy tool, you will need to toggle on the 'share' button above the badge code. That lets us know that you are giving permission to access the ceritification. I can then DM you the link!

I have switched the toggle on and tried downloading my certificate. I still did not open up in a new tab

Hi @cristinaAW I have been having the trouble here with my certifications. I got an email saying I received an award however, I can't find the link/URL to add on LinkedIn. I kept the toggle on and everything that requires to be done also spoke to the person on live chat and still couldn't figure out how to get the URL to add on Linkedin. Please let me know how to solve the same problem.

I'm having the same issue to get the certificate URL into linkindin.

I did follow all the airticales and guide lines but it didn't work,

I also tried to copy the URL from download button, but it starts with blob like this ( blob:https://app.hubspot.com/8162 ...... ), which is invalid URL to use in linked.

Kindly, Can you help ?

Hi @Imaar,

Thank you for reaching out. When you click into one of your certifications you should see a toggle below the embed bade section. This toggle is different than the embed code. If you toggle on the switch and then click the 'download certification' button, are you redirected to a page that provides a link?

No, when i click "Downlaod certificate" the download popup automaticly to save the file.

i tried to copy the URL from "Downlaod certificate" button, but also the url didn't work.

Also using ( Add to linkedin ) didn't added the certicate URL to the form.

Would you please explain how to get a certificate's link to use ?
