Certification transfer from old email

Hello Support, I happen to have certificates from my old work Hubspot account that got deactivated after leaving the company. Can you help me to transfer them over to my new work email?

Old Email: jordanf@inmotionhosting.com

New Email: jordan.foster@rewardstyle.com
